JAVIN MACHINE CORP. PURCHASE ORDER
FLOW DOWN REQUIREMENTS

Upon Acceptance of this Purchase Order the Seller Agrees to the Following:

1. Right of Access: Javin Machine Corp., the end customer and applicable regulatory agencies reserve the right of entry and to have uninhibited access to any facility that has been subcontracted and or purchased, by this purchase order to determine and verify the quality of contracted work, process, materials and or their records.
2. Suppliers and subcontractors are to notify Javin Machine Corp. in writing of any nonconforming product that has been shipped and or not shipped and their positive identification and containment actions. In addition to receiving instructions regarding nonconforming product or material disposition approvals from Javin Machine and the end customer.
3. No material, process substitutions and or changes to suppliers or different facilities are authorized without prior written approval from Javin Machine and the end customer.
4. Subcontractors are to provide and maintain serialization and traceability on all subsequent operations for all serialized parts, when serialization is required by purchase order and or contract
5. Subcontractors must maintain a Quality Management System compliant to current IS0 9001 and or AS 9100 International Standards and product traceability to inspection, measurement and test equipment used to verify materials, product or processes. Applies to both subcontractor and employee owned equipment.
6. All shipping documents in duplicate must have the Javin Machine Corp. Purchase Order Number on all Packing Slips, Invoices, Certificates of Test and C of Cs related to this specific purchase order.
7. All tools, jigs, fixtures and intellectual property, such as drawings, work instructions, and machine programs assigned to and flowed down by Javin Machine Corp are to remain the property of Javin Machine, and/or the end customers’ property as identified; strict confidentiality applies for their exclusive use for this Purchase Order Only.
8. All materials and processes furnished are subject to Javin Machine Receiving Inspection and may be rejected at the sellers expense at any time after receipt, if found to be nonconforming.
9. All purchased Materials, Chemicals, Special Processes, Heat Treating, etc. require: Certificates of Conformity, Certificates of Test, Oven Run Charts, Material Safety Data Sheets, MSDS, UPON DELIVERY. Javin Machine Corp. will not process the invoice for payment until all certifications and other required data is received and are subject to rejection. Use latest revision unless otherwise specified.
10. All raw materials bar stock, forging, casting are to be produced by a domestic source from within the United States of America or produced by a qualifying country as listed in subsection 225.872 of the United States Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations.
